Right of revocation
Returns & Revocation
We grant a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply email us at hey@amyastudio.de. The buyer bears the costs and organization of the return shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages returned without prior request.
Damage and Issues
Please check your product carefully upon receipt. If it is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hey@amyastudio.de — we will take care of it.
Exceptions
As each product is unique with an individual marble pattern, we cannot accept returns based solely on the individual pattern. The pattern is part of the unique item.
EU Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you inform us of the revocation.

You must return or hand over the goods to this address immediately and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of the revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. Please do not send the goods freight collect to us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is the earlier.
Revocations can be made informally by email to hey@amyastudio.de. A form is not required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your product, we will inform you of the approval. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have any questions, please contact us at hey@amyastudio.de at any time.
