The Wave Board is made from 100% recycled premium polyethylene (UHMWPE), a high-density material used in professional catering. Food-safe, BPA-free, does not absorb water, odors, or bacteria. A material with a second life in your kitchen.

Yes, completely. Each Wave Board is made from 100% recycled premium polyethylene. New material is cheaper, easier to process, and less complicated. Nevertheless, we opted for recycled material, for the sake of the environment and because we are convinced that good design should not compromise at the expense of the planet. A material that has already lived, reimagined for your kitchen.

The Wave Board is aesthetics and function in one. The sculptural wave shape and signature marble finish make it a design object that can be used anywhere. Usable on both sides, one side with the engraved AMYA logo, the other clean. Knife-friendly, colorfast. Each board is individually crafted and has its own unique marbling.

Like any beloved kitchen item, the Wave Board will show signs of use over time. Fine cut marks are part of this; they are proof that it is being used. The material is abrasion-resistant, knife-friendly, liquid-repellent, and does not absorb odors or bacteria, no matter what you process on it. For discolorations, a little baking soda or vinegar helps; let it sit briefly and wipe it off.

The Wave Board is stable on most surfaces. It may slide slightly on very smooth surfaces, but a damp cloth underneath will immediately remedy this and provide a secure grip when cutting.

With Klarna & PayPal, you also have the option to pay by invoice or in installments.

Your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery within Germany usually takes 3 to 5 business days thereafter. To Austria, it takes 5 to 8 business days.

We currently deliver to Germany and Austria. Other countries will follow shortly.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over 80€; below that, we charge 6.90€. To Austria, the flat shipping rate is 15.90€.
